How WFA is Different

We are proud to be a fee-based financial service firm that takes its fiduciary commitment to its clients seriously.

Why would you want a fee-based advice? This is our sole source of payment for the investment work we do for you. Our fees are computed as a percentage of the market value of your holdings. Our fees go up if you’re your asset values increase. They go down if the value of your account values drop.

There are no additional charges for investment advice services. (We do charge separately for the planning and strategy development we discussed above, and related guidance-such as meeting with your adult children. See my article with renowned author Ruth Nemzoff.

  • We do not sell “products” (such as annuities, insurance, etc.) that give us large (often hidden) commissions at the “sale” and/or over the next 5 or 7 years.
  • We don’t pay nor receive income for recommending other professionals, such as estate planning lawyers nor insurance and/or annuity salespersons. We recommend professionals we trust will advise you well, and take the care and concern we fiduciaries are proud to offer.

Our fees are comparable to others.

Our service distinguishes us (as it does in the restaurants you enjoy and other services you prefer). It is intelligent, respectful, and responsive. We keep in touch with our clients, calling or meeting them quarterly and/or annually (depending upon their preference). Our clients know they can count on us, our advanced training, state of the art technology, decades of experience with market downturns.
